HBA Epidemic Expo ( http://www.hbaexpo.com ), the leading product development event for the beauty and personal guardianship industry, has announced the finalists of its Annual International Package Design Awards (IPDA). From among these finalists the Classification Winners will be announced at the HBA Global Expo & Conference taking place June 28-30, 2011 at the Jacob K. Javits Meeting Center in New York.

As the only design award to celebrate the year's most innovative packaging in all of beauty's product categories, the HBA IPDA received more than 200 entries from main brands, niche players and indie companies. Two new categories were added this year to reflect growing areas for packaging invention: Sampling/Travel Size and Tools/At-Home Devices.

I have been demanding this by-product in coalition with the shampoo for the sometime 2 or so weeks.  If you look over my shampoo magazine, you discern that I am a prodigious fan of this cortege... and this conditioner is no odd!  I  have this yield in the 5 fl oz judge and the container/offering is effortless. Typically I don't use conditioner, but I tried will use this one.. .as I have had critical feel with it so far. Along with the container, the conditioner itself is flighty but detangles and conditions wholly well. The bouquet is at most as pretty as the shampoo... it reminds me of a dewy morning at the run aground ( I be informed this sounds spooky, but its exact!!) The sniff out also stays with your braids throughout the day...very faintly but you can still observe it. Like the shampoo, this conditioner made my plaits tender-hearted and glinting....which was unforgivable! I loved difficult out these products!
